空调连杆自动涂油机器人设计Design of automatic oiling robots for air conditioning connecting rods

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高空调连杆涂油的效率和质量,设计了一款空调连杆自动涂油机器人。提出了龙门式三轴涂油结构与模具盒辅助定位的总体设计方案,制定了涂油工艺路线,对涂油机器人的机械结构进行了结构设计和运动分析,选用西门子S7-200 SMART作为控制系统核心进行设计,确定了硬件接线图和控制流程,通过伺服电机驱动、传感器模块、人机交互界面等实现对涂油机器人的自动控制。采用UG软件对涂油机器人的各部分结构进行三维建模,并进行虚拟装配,检验设计的合理性。结果表明,所设计的涂油机器人可以实现空调连杆的自动涂油,其生产效率比手工方式提高了约40%,并无漏涂和涂刷不均的问题出现。该涂油机器人的设计改变了传统手工涂油方式,其结构可靠、容易操作、效率较高,可为其他不规则工件的自动涂油提供一种新的解决方案。
